fragrance room

A friend of mine had his son tested for special education 4 or 5 years ago.

The son is now 15 years old and continues to have problems in school. Friend/Father admits it may be "laziness" but feels that there is more to it.

The school district is telling him that the child has been tested once and not found to have a learning disability therefore they will not test again. His kid is now in SST and dad just wants another round of testing. My students are late teens and generally diagnosed far before I come near them. I donapos;t have an answer for him.

So, what *ARE* the steps to re-test your child?
